This division's activity is based on four areas of management and administrative and financial follow-up: order entry and invoice processing (4,000 acts in 2018) and monitoring of inventories via IT accounting and management tools: Sifac and Geslab.
This division carries out a legal, administrative and financial watch on the texts applicable to the management of credits managed by UPSud, CNRS and CentraleSupélec.
It also ensures their implementation.
It assesses the needs of the teams in close collaboration with them.
It operates the controls inherent to management acts (availability of appropriations, allocation of expenses, validity of public contracts, etc.). It tracks the salaries of non-permanent staff and internship allowances.
